Hallacas… The Heart of a Nation!

The Heart of our Nation has different smells, flavors and even different ways to be prepared; however, one cannot stop from being mesmerized when it comes out in the world and it makes you cry when you eat and taste its unique taste; soft, flavorful. An explosion of flavors wrapped around its beautiful green leave by a strong twine that tights a whole nation in a whole piece.
